　　29.People should look after their health as a duty to the society they live in rather than personal benefits. To what extent do you agree or disagree? (08.03.13)

　　公民健康和政府以及社會的關系

　　公民的健康狀況直接關系到學習和工作的效率，從而決定整個社會的發(fā)展進度

　　The health condition of the citizens has a direct relationship with the learning and working efficiency, thereby decides the progressing rate of the whole society.

　　良好的社會健康狀況可以讓政府減少對于公共醫(yī)療事業(yè)的投資，從而把更多的精力放在一些關鍵項目上，例如教育和公共交通

　　A high-quality health condition may decrease the government’s investment on medical care; therefore the government can attract more attention from medical expense to education and public transportation.

　　認真關注國民的健康狀況是政府的一大職責。只有提高公民的整體健康狀況才能樹立政府的良好形象。Being the critical obligation of the government, only improves the whole healthy condition of the nation can the authorities build up a good image.

　　30.Some people think it is the responsibility for government to ensure that people have healthy lifestyles. Others think people should be free for their own lifestyles decisions. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. (08.03.29)

　　31.Many people are busy with work and do not have enough time to spend with families and friends. Why does this happen? What are the effects to the whole family and society?

　　“許多人忙于工作，沒有太多的時間用來陪伴家人和朋友，為什么會產生這樣的狀況? 這種狀況對于家庭生活和整個社會的影響是什么?”這道題就很好的體現這類考題的一個考點：人們生活方式的改變對于社會和家人的影響。這種改變不僅體現在工作和生活的調節(jié)和沖突上，而且體現在生活的各個方面，衣---人們對現代服飾的要求不僅僅是遮體和保暖，而是更加注重社會因素，比如時尚，我們的最后一個考題考察的就是這個點。食—隨著全球化的進程，快餐的流行已經不再新鮮，各國特色的美食隨處可見，進口食品也成為最大的時尚。

　　原因：

　　現代生活讓人們壓力增大，就業(yè)的壓力、升學的壓力、生存的壓力等Modern life increases people’s pressure, including employment, attending schools and survival problems.

　　人們?yōu)榱诉m應競爭，需要不斷接受教育和培訓to adapt to competition, people have to receive education and on-the-job training.

　　人與人之間的親情友情感減弱是現代社會的一個趨勢the alienation between people is an irreversible trend

　　現代社會人更加關注自身的發(fā)展 people tend to pay more attention to their self-development.

　　影響：

　　好的影響：提高了生活水平living standard和個人的素質personal quality;促進了社會的發(fā)展contribute to the development of the society

　　壞的影響：人們之間的感情變淡，冷漠indifference，可能會感覺孤獨，無助helpless;影響家庭的穩(wěn)定stability of the family;家庭和個人是社會的細胞the cell of the society，如果出現不穩(wěn)定，會影響社會的發(fā)展
