　　公民健康和政府以及社會(huì)的關(guān)系

　　公民的健康狀況直接關(guān)系到學(xué)習(xí)和工作的效率，從而決定整個(gè)社會(huì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)度

　　The health condition of the citizens has a direct relationship with the learning and working efficiency, thereby decides the progressing rate of the whole society.

　　良好的社會(huì)健康狀況可以讓政府減少對(duì)于公共醫(yī)療事業(yè)的投資，從而把更多的精力放在一些關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目上，例如教育和公共交通

　　A high-quality health condition may decrease the government’s investment on medical care; therefore the government can attract more attention from medical expense to education and public transportation.

　　認(rèn)真關(guān)注國(guó)民的健康狀況是政府的一大職責(zé)。只有提高公民的整體健康狀況才能樹立政府的良好形象。Being the critical obligation of the government, only improves the whole healthy condition of the nation can the authorities build up a good image.

　　30.Some people think it is the responsibility for government to ensure that people have healthy lifestyles. Others think people should be free for their own lifestyles decisions. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. (08.03.29)

　　31.Many people are busy with work and do not have enough time to spend with families and friends. Why does this happen? What are the effects to the whole family and society?

　　“許多人忙于工作，沒有太多的時(shí)間用來(lái)陪伴家人和朋友，為什么會(huì)產(chǎn)生這樣的狀況? 這種狀況對(duì)于家庭生活和整個(gè)社會(huì)的影響是什么?”這道題就很好的體現(xiàn)這類考題的一個(gè)考點(diǎn)：人們生活方式的改變對(duì)于社會(huì)和家人的影響。這種改變不僅體現(xiàn)在工作和生活的調(diào)節(jié)和沖突上，而且體現(xiàn)在生活的各個(gè)方面，衣---人們對(duì)現(xiàn)代服飾的要求不僅僅是遮體和保暖，而是更加注重社會(huì)因素，比如時(shí)尚，我們的最后一個(gè)考題考察的就是這個(gè)點(diǎn)。食—隨著全球化的進(jìn)程，快餐的流行已經(jīng)不再新鮮，各國(guó)特色的美食隨處可見，進(jìn)口食品也成為最大的時(shí)尚。

　　原因：

　　現(xiàn)代生活讓人們壓力增大，就業(yè)的壓力、升學(xué)的壓力、生存的壓力等Modern life increases people’s pressure, including employment, attending schools and survival problems.

　　人們?yōu)榱诉m應(yīng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，需要不斷接受教育和培訓(xùn)to adapt to competition, people have to receive education and on-the-job training.

　　人與人之間的親情友情感減弱是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的一個(gè)趨勢(shì)the alienation between people is an irreversible trend

　　現(xiàn)代社會(huì)人更加關(guān)注自身的發(fā)展 people tend to pay more attention to their self-development.

　　影響：

　　好的影響：提高了生活水平living standard和個(gè)人的素質(zhì)personal quality;促進(jìn)了社會(huì)的發(fā)展contribute to the development of the society

　　壞的影響：人們之間的感情變淡，冷漠indifference，可能會(huì)感覺孤獨(dú)，無(wú)助helpless;影響家庭的穩(wěn)定stability of the family;家庭和個(gè)人是社會(huì)的細(xì)胞the cell of the society，如果出現(xiàn)不穩(wěn)定，會(huì)影響社會(huì)的發(fā)展
