留學移民新政：加拿大東部四省移民政策新鮮出爐！

大家都知道加拿大，澳洲，新西蘭是移民國家，但是加拿大的移民政策總是變，變，變。始終還是以留學生為主題去change,那么在猶豫自己以后想去哪個國家的時候，還猶豫啥呀，CA呀，加拿大呀。Let us go! 被扯那么多：四個省份移民政策是啥呀，快說!

大西洋移民試驗項目Atlantic Immigration Pilot (AIP)，該計劃是大西洋振興戰(zhàn)略的一部分。加拿大政府希望通過該項目吸引更多的人才，尤其是在海洋省內(nèi)畢業(yè)的國際留學生，以及有意在海洋省工作定居的中高等技術(shù)人才。此次Atlantic Immigration Pilot移民項目僅針對于加拿大海洋四省份，即New Brunswick、Newfoundland and Labrador、Nova Scotia和Prince Edward Island。

該項目計劃將于2017年3月開始接受申請，加拿大政府今年接納最多2,000名移民申請，其中Nova Scotia占800個名額。Atlantic Immigration Pilot 要求(中英對照詳細解析)如下。

第一類

海洋省國際留學生類別

Atlantic High-Skilled Program

一、工作經(jīng)歷Work Experience

無工作經(jīng)歷要求

Not need any work experience

二、教育要求Education

在海洋四省認可的教育機構(gòu)，完成為期2年的教育課程;

作為全職(Full-time)學生，在加拿大全職學習至少兩年;

申請時，畢業(yè)時間不超過一年;

在畢業(yè)前的兩年內(nèi)，在海洋省生活至少16個月;

持有有效的簽證和學習或工作許可;

語言課程或遠程課程不能超過總課程的一半;

A minimum 2 year degree, diploma, certificate, or trade or apprenticeship credential from a recognized publicly-funded institution in an Atlantic province

Been a full-time student in Canada for at least 2 years

Graduated in the last 12 months when you apply

Lived in one of the Atlantic provinces for at least 16 months in the last 2 years bore you graduated

Had the visa or permit needed to work, study or train in Canada

Your study or training program cannot be: English or French second language courses for more than half of the program, or distance learning undertaken for more than half the length of the program

三、雇主信Job Offer

需由海洋省合格的特定的雇主提供

工作崗位需符合NOC 0, A, B, or C要求;

非季節(jié)性的工作;

至少一年的工作邀請;

無需申請LMIA

Job offer is from a designated employer in an Atlantic province, non-seasonal, reviewed by the province

Be skill type/level 0, A, B, or C

Last at least one year job offer

Not need a LMIA

四、語言要求Language

CLB 4分或以上水平 或 雅思G類別4分或以上水平(聽4.5說4讀3.5寫4)

At least a level four (4) in the Canadian Language Benchmarks in English

五、資金要求Proof of Funds

申請人有足夠的資金用于在海洋省安家，如果是一家三口，則需要CA$4,700元

You will need to show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family after you immigrate

六、居住計劃Settlement Plan

由指定機構(gòu)提供必要的海洋省安家居住計劃

Must have a needs assessment bore you immigrate. After the assessment, you will get a plan. Settlement Plan provides by local settlement service provider.

七、政府認可證明Endorsement certificate

申請人需獲得海洋省政府的認可證明

Provincial Letter of endorsement is required.

第二類

中等技術(shù)人才類別

Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled Program

一、工作經(jīng)歷Work Experience

在過去的3年內(nèi)，累計有償工作滿1560個小時(30小時/周);

全職、兼職皆可;

可受雇于不同的雇主，但需是同一類別的工作;

工作類別需符合NOC 0, A, B, or C要求。

Worked at least one year (1,560 hours total or 30 hours per week) within the last three years.

Can be full-time, non-continuous, or part-time, as long as it adds up to 1,560 hours.

The work must be: in one occupation (but can be with different employers) paid at NOC skill type/level 0, A, B, or C.

二、教育要求Edcuation

具有加拿大高中或以上學歷或?qū)W位;或者經(jīng)過ECA認證的相當于加拿大以上同類文憑的學歷

A Canadian secondary (high school) or post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree, OR A foreign degree, diploma, certificate, or trade or apprenticeship education credential. Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report is required.

三、雇主信Job Offer

需由海洋省合格的特定的雇主提供

工作崗位需符合NOC 0, A, B, or C要求;

非季節(jié)性的工作;

至少一年的工作邀請;

無需申請LMIA

Job offer is from a designated employer in an Atlantic province, non-seasonal, reviewed by the province

Be indeterminate (permanent) job offer

Not need a LMIA

Job offer does not need to be in the same occupation as your past work experience
