2017年新西蘭打工度假簽證開放時間公布!

　　自2008年起，新西蘭每年都會向中國內(nèi)地發(fā)放1000個打工度假簽證名額，吸引年輕人以邊打工邊度假的方式體悟生活、探尋世界。而新西蘭也是全世界首個向中國內(nèi)地開放打工度假簽證的國家。不過，由于對于“打工度假”的概念所知甚少，該簽證推行之初，并未引發(fā)熱潮。然而，伴隨著近幾年來“背包流浪”和“間隔年”的日漸流行，打工度假簽證也越發(fā)火熱，每年的開放日都會引起一陣“混戰(zhàn)”!2014/2015年新西蘭打工度假簽證開放申請時，所有名額在短時間內(nèi)被一搶而空，移民局網(wǎng)站更一度被“刷爆”，不少申請者壓根無法刷入申請頁面。

　　這個打工度假簽證區(qū)別于旅游簽證的地方就在于，打工度假簽證可以在符合條款要求的前提下進(jìn)行全職有薪工作或參加全職課程學(xué)習(xí)，在領(lǐng)略新西蘭秀美風(fēng)光的同時，充分感受這里的社會人文風(fēng)情。

　　但是呢，同時移民局也強調(diào)，這一簽證的持有者，來到新西蘭的最主要目的應(yīng)當(dāng)是“度假”，工作和學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)當(dāng)被視作“非首要意圖”。也就是說玩玩玩是主要的，打工或者學(xué)習(xí)是次要的。

　　想去搶W(xué)HV?別急!你得先看看自己夠不夠格，否則就算搶到了也會因為不符合要求而被移民局退回申請的!

　　搶W(xué)HV需要具備以下的功能：(以下說法僅代表移民局官方觀點，不代表小編的立場)

　　新西蘭移民局網(wǎng)站上列明了申請人所必須滿足的以下14項條件：

　　1.申請者為中國常住公民。

　　(be ordinarily resident in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) (this requirement is not met if you have been absent from the PRC for more than two years immediately preceding your application)

　　2.申請時在中國居住

　　(be actually resident in the PRC at the time of applying)

　　3.有效護(hù)照，從新西蘭離境時護(hù)照效期至少余三個月

　　(have a passport from the People’s Republic of China that is valid for at least three months after your planned departure from New Zealand)

　　4.年齡在18歲到30歲之間

　　(be at least 18 and not more than 30 years old)

　　5.不得攜帶子女

　　(not bring children with you)

　　6.持有返程機票或者足夠的資金購買返程機票

　　(hold a return ticket, or sufficient funds to purchase such a ticket (you must hold sufficient funds for the duration of your visit and for the purchase of an outward ticket from New Zealand, and this evidence may be requested when you arrive at the border)

　　7.申請人名下有4,200新西蘭元(人民幣約2.1萬元)

　　(have a minimum of NZ$4,200 available funds to meet your living costs while you are here)

　　8.體檢合格證明

　　(meet our health and character requirements)

　　9.購買綜合醫(yī)療保險

　　(hold medical and comprehensive hospitalisation insurance for the length of your stay)

　　10.以度假為首要目的，工作或?qū)W習(xí)為輔

　　(be coming to New Zealand to holiday, with work or study being secondary intentions for your visit)

　　11.高中畢業(yè)(或以上)學(xué)歷，必須為國家學(xué)位中心認(rèn)證的三年全日制高中

　　(have a senior high school qualification (gao zhong xue li) granted in respect of a minimum of three years’ full-time study which has been verified by the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Centre (CDGDC))

　　12.經(jīng)國家學(xué)位中心認(rèn)證的高中學(xué)歷證明

　　(have evidence of the CDGDC’s verification of your qualification)

　　13.相應(yīng)的英語能力

　　(have a level of proficiency in English that is assessed as at least functional (see note below))

　　(小編解讀：最初的要求是雅思成績達(dá)到4分，后來因為申請人數(shù)實在太多，提高到5.5分，A、G類均可。)

　　14.之前沒有新西蘭打工度假的經(jīng)歷

　　(not have been approved a visa under a working holiday scheme bore.)

　　(小編解讀：也就是說這是你一生一次的機會!不過澳洲和新西蘭互不影響。)

　　簡單來說，就是需要滿足以下幾點：

　　1.申請對象為中國公民，在遞交申請前兩年內(nèi)常住中國且持有中國有效護(hù)照。

　　2.申請人年齡為18-30歲(31周歲生日之前)。

　　3.符合健康和品格要求。

　　4.具有高中及以上學(xué)歷。

　　5.達(dá)到英語實用水平(雅思5.5分，不要求單項分，AG類均可)。

　　6.之前沒有獲得過該簽證。
