2017年國(guó)內(nèi)本科畢業(yè)也可移民：澳被忽略的移民職業(yè)

目前移民最火的是什么職業(yè)，毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，會(huì)計(jì)，計(jì)算機(jī)，工程，護(hù)士。這些職業(yè)占據(jù)了中國(guó)人申請(qǐng)澳洲移民的大半壁江山，但是實(shí)際上還有一些職業(yè)雖然不那么引人注目，但是實(shí)際上移民機(jī)會(huì)一點(diǎn)不會(huì)低于那些熱門(mén)職業(yè)。下面我就大致羅列一些默默無(wú)聞的職業(yè)，這些職業(yè)在中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的申請(qǐng)人只要本科畢業(yè)，具備一定的英文水平，有一年以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)都可以申請(qǐng)，這樣就不用擠破頭到再申請(qǐng)移民了。

1. Human Resource Adviser和Recruitment Consultant

這兩個(gè)職業(yè)都屬于和人力資源相關(guān)的，基本上國(guó)內(nèi)正規(guī)本科畢業(yè)，有一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，例如在公司的人力資源部門(mén)或者獵頭公司從事咨詢顧問(wèn)的工作都可以申請(qǐng)，能夠考到4個(gè)6.5分的就有機(jī)會(huì)。

2. Sales Representative （Industrial Products）和Sales Representative （Medical and Pharmaceutical Products）

這個(gè)聽(tīng)著稀奇吧，實(shí)際上，國(guó)內(nèi)眾多的醫(yī)藥代表，工業(yè)產(chǎn)品銷售代表都有實(shí)力來(lái)試試，前提是要4個(gè)6.5和一年以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

3. Archivist

這個(gè)職業(yè)基本來(lái)說(shuō)很少人關(guān)注，可以考慮的有國(guó)內(nèi)的檔案管理員，公司的檔案室工作人員，甚至派出所的戶籍警察都可以考慮，四個(gè)6.5，一年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

4. Training and Development Professionals

公司或組織的培訓(xùn)人員，企業(yè)或政府機(jī)構(gòu)的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展人員，主要工作職責(zé)如下：

1）identifying training needs and requirements of individuals and organisations

2）setting human resource development objectives and evaluating learning outcomes

3）preparing and developing instructional training material and aids such as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models, and supporting training rerence documentation

4）designing, coordinating, scheduling and conducting training and development programs that can be delivered in the form of individual and group instruction, and facilitating workshops, meetings, demonstrations and conferences

5）liaising with external training providers to arrange delivery of specific training and development programs

6）promoting internal and external training and development, and evaluating these promotional activities

7）monitoring and performing ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and fectiveness, and reviewing and modifying training objectives, methods and course deliverables

8）gathering, investigating and researching background materials to gain an understanding of various subject matters and systems

9）advising management on the development and placement of staff, and providing career counselling for employees

5. Librarian

圖書(shū)管理員，這個(gè)要求要高一些，需要總分7分，聽(tīng)力7分，一般三年以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

6. Geologist

基本要求是本科地理專業(yè)畢業(yè)，一年相關(guān)的地理測(cè)繪，遙感等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，要求4個(gè)6.5以上。
