INSEAD 新加坡面經(jīng).

　　申請了2011年1月入學(xué)，剛結(jié)束了兩輪的面試?？傮w上感覺INSEAD校友非常友善，總結(jié)一下，希望會對大家有用：

　　Round 1:

　　時間：5月10日

　　地點：新加坡

　　面試官：02’校友，中國人

　　時間：40分鐘;

　　面試問題：

　　Why MBA

　　Why INSEAD;

　　另外就沒有什么特別的問題了，一直圍繞簡歷上的一些細(xì)節(jié)問了很久;沒有問一些很程序化的問題。感覺很隨意。更主要的是跟我分享了很多INSEAD學(xué)校的生活。比如作為學(xué)生，一定要懂得makun，不然其他學(xué)生不會喜歡你滴。最后送我至電梯口，并祝我好運。

　　Round 2:

　　時間：5月17

　　地點：新加坡

　　面試官：05’校友，意大利人

　　時間：90分鐘(講地我那個口干舌燥啊)

　　面試問題：

　　Walk me through your resume; why University? WhyMaster? Why company 1? Why company 2? Why company 3? (本人有一個Master,還在三間公司工作過)

　　Why MBA? / Why Now? / Why INSEAD?

　　Does your company support your MBA initiative?Have you think thoroughly about the ROI of MBA? How do you fund your MBA?

　　Short /long term career goal? Why career goal?

　　What would make your goal likely to fail or succeed?

　　How do you think of your current company?

　　If I am a client, how do you sell yourconsulting service to me? (俺是做consulting的)

　　An experience of cultural shock?

　　The most challenging part of working in a team?How do you reconcile conflicts in the team environment?

　　Your former interactions with INSEAD? Use threewords to describe the INSEAD alumni? Why do you think so? Do thesecharacteristics differentiate INSEAD from other schools?

　　Have you applied other schools? (interestingly,the interviewer did not ask why other schools…)

　　Your extra-curricular activities? Why theseactivities? (汗一個，喜歡就是喜歡啊。。。后來一琢磨，他其實在問，你有沒有利用一些課外活動進(jìn)行社交)

　　If you do not proceed with MBA, what would youdo in your career? (這個有點暈，開始還以為他問ifyou were not admitted into INSEAD…)

　　Use one word to describe your passion?

　　Recently, what news captured your attentions?Why?

　　Do you have any questions for me?

　　這位校友非常嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)啊，時不時還跟我來兩段邏輯推理，凡事必定會問why。我那個口干舌燥啊，不過最讓我感動地是這個校友寫了滿滿4頁多。沒有聽清楚的，必定會繼續(xù)問，直到完全問清楚為止。面試完了之后，他說自己也沒有意識到會聊這么久;還說通常他不會聊這么久的。最后祝我申請好運。

　　最后祝大家都能種瓜得瓜，種豆得豆，申請到自己心儀的學(xué)校。
