So the encouragement of the government to give some priority to women is reasonable and acceptable. It can increase women&aposs employment opportunities, enhance their confidence and really embody the social equality. In general, the key to radically realize the equality between men and women lies in giving equal chances in all rounds to women, not just a few of high level jobs.
