繼冰桶挑戰(zhàn)后“冰書挑戰(zhàn)”再掀熱潮.

　　冰桶挑戰(zhàn)”的熱潮剛剛散去，最近社交媒體上又傳來“冰書挑戰(zhàn)”的消息。這個挑戰(zhàn)不是讓參與者往自己身上砸書，而是在社交媒體上公開列出自己喜歡的10本書名，并提名朋友效仿。

　　After the famous Ice Bucket Challenge and India&aposs very own Rice Bucket Challenge, here is another challenge making its rounds on social media: The Book Bucket Challenge. If you have seen your friends either nominating or being nominated for telling the world about 10 books that have been with them for a while, you know what the Book Bucket Challenge is.

　　在一度火爆的“冰桶挑戰(zhàn)”和印度版的“米桶挑戰(zhàn)”之后，社交媒體上又出現了新一輪挑戰(zhàn)：“書桶挑戰(zhàn)”或“冰書挑戰(zhàn)”。如果你看到身邊有朋友在提名或被提名公開列出10本珍藏了相當一段時間的書名，你就知道“冰書挑戰(zhàn)”是怎么回事了。

　　However, there is more to it than what meets the eye. Not many of us know that The Book Bucket Challenge is a drive started by One Library per Village, an NGO based in Kerala. The mission of this NGO is to create awareness and share the latest tools, services and resources that add value to digital libraries, enrich user experiences and enhance associated people&aposs career development and learning activities.

　　不過，這件事情的意義遠比我們看到的要深遠。很多人并不知道“冰書挑戰(zhàn)”是由(印度)喀拉拉邦的一個名為“一村一個圖書館”的非政府組織發(fā)起的。這個組織意在開啟人們對數字圖書館的意識，分享能夠使數字圖書館增值的最新的工具、服務和資源，提升用戶體驗，并促進相關人員的職業(yè)發(fā)展和學習活動。

　　Just like the Ice Bucket Challenge and the Rice Bucket Challenge, this challenge also requires that you do something in the name of charity. Unlike what is coming across on Facebook, this challenge is not only about nominating your friends for listing &apos10 books that have stayed with them for a while&apos. Instead, you have to make a list of the books you are willing to donate to libraries or needy people.

　　跟“冰桶挑戰(zhàn)”和“米桶挑戰(zhàn)”一樣，這個“冰書挑戰(zhàn)”也要求人們以慈善之名做點事情。不同的是，這項挑戰(zhàn)不僅要求提名身邊的朋友列出“珍藏了相當一段時間的10本書名”，同時還要列出你愿意捐贈給圖書館或有需要人群的一個書單。
