什么是“拇指文化”?.

　　thumb是指the short thick finger at the side of the hand, slightly apart from the other four?！澳粗浮?，又稱“大拇指”或“大拇哥”。thumb一詞可以構(gòu)成許多短語詞組。拇指活動靈活，可以構(gòu)成非語言交流方式，表達(dá)豐富的思想感情。

　　中國人愛一邊豎大拇哥，一邊說“好極了!”、“真棒!”、“呱呱叫!”之類贊賞的話語。英美人也有向上伸大拇指的手勢，除了表示“贊賞”，還可以表示“贊成”或“同意”。英語名詞短語thumbs up和動詞短語to turn up one’s thumb都表示“贊賞”或“贊成”，例如：
