　　1. I’d like to make an appointment to see Mr.Cooper.

　　我想同庫伯先生事先預(yù)約。

　　注釋：. I’d like to do sth,我想做某事，是固定用法。make an appointment ，預(yù)約。

　　2.Would you like to arrange for a personal interview?

　　你能安排一個單獨會談嗎?

　　注釋：Would you like to do sth,煩請你做某事，正式客氣的說法。arrange for ，安排的意思。a personal interview，個人約見，單獨會談的意思。

　　3. Your appointment will be next Monday at 8 o’clock.

　　你約見的時間是下星期一8點。

　　4. He wants to change his appointment from Monday to Thursday.

　　他想把他的約見時間從星期一改到星期四。

　　5. What time will be convenient /right for her?

　　她何時方便?

　　6. Yes ,Ms. Lu is available on Friday.

　　可以，陸小姐周五有空。

　　注釋：用Ms. Lu ，表示此位陸小姐婚否還不清楚，Miss表示未婚。

　　7. I wonder if you could spare me half an hour tomorrow morning?

　　明天上午您是否可以抽出半小時?

　　注釋：spare me half an hour ，抽出半小時，這是很委婉的說法。spare 在此為動詞，意思是“提供給某人”。
