分析美國留學(xué)簽證拒簽原因及再簽方案

? ?每年都有部分留美學(xué)生在簽證方面出現(xiàn)這樣那樣的問題，從而產(chǎn)生焦慮。這個(gè)情況其實(shí)很正常，需要用平常心去面對(duì)。一般被拒簽有兩種情況，一是材料準(zhǔn)備不足，二是與簽證官面談時(shí)表現(xiàn)不好，簽證官拒絕。那么我們拒簽了要怎樣再簽成功呢？

一、認(rèn)真核對(duì)申請材料，查缺補(bǔ)漏。

所提供的材料必須真實(shí)可靠，不要用假材料，假證明；所提供的材料必須完整，不能缺少。下面是簽證必備的材料清單：

1必備材料

（1）有效護(hù)照；

（2） DS160確認(rèn)頁表；

（3）簽證費(fèi)收據(jù)(兩聯(lián)都要帶著)；

（4）SEVIS收據(jù)（在線支付）；

（6）一張近半年內(nèi)的照片（50mm*50mm）

（7） I-20原件；

（8）面談確認(rèn)頁。

2錄取學(xué)校的資料

（1）Admission letter/offer letter原件；

（2）專業(yè)介紹，導(dǎo)師介紹，沒導(dǎo)師就系主任的吧，學(xué)校官網(wǎng)上面都有，打?。?

（3）與學(xué)校之間的往來郵件。

3個(gè)人資料

（1）畢業(yè)證、學(xué)位證（如果在簽證前還沒有拿到，去學(xué)校開在讀證明）

（2）大學(xué)成績單（申請時(shí)候的那種形式，就是信封上加蓋密封章的。因?yàn)槎鄶?shù)可能性是簽證官讓你自己當(dāng)場打開，把成績單遞送進(jìn)去）

（3）獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書和其他的獲獎(jiǎng)證書

（4）Study plan（主要是自己教育背景介紹，未來學(xué)習(xí)課程和安排）

（5）個(gè)人簡歷

（6）TOEFL/GRE/GMAT成績單原件

（7）曾經(jīng)發(fā)表在國際、或國內(nèi)的科技學(xué)術(shù)刊物上的論文詳細(xì)列表（直接的刊物更好）

4資金材料

（1）銀行存款證明（數(shù)目根據(jù)I-20表格上來確定，總額必須滿足你在那里學(xué)習(xí)及生活費(fèi)用）；

（2）父母工作和收入證明（中英文）；

（3）房產(chǎn)證、車產(chǎn)證、股票憑證這些有的話就帶著，保險(xiǎn)。

5輔助材料

（1）戶口本（非必須）；

（2）全家福、父母名片這種心情好就帶著，不重要。

備注：

（1）材料盡可能的多帶以備不時(shí)之需。

（2）所攜帶的資料最好都是原件。

有必要額外說明的：

（1）Study plan和個(gè)人簡歷官網(wǎng)上面有模板，這個(gè)要寫的，很有可能會(huì)被對(duì)方要，請自動(dòng)把敏感詞匯，例如Security、nuclear等過濾掉；

（2）在美帝有導(dǎo)師的要攜帶導(dǎo)師的簡歷或個(gè)人主頁；

（3）I20要簽字。

不同時(shí)期不同政策所需要的材料可能有所變更，最好的辦法是和最近簽證成功的人取得溝通，詢問他是如何成功的，他準(zhǔn)備的材料、他面試是如何應(yīng)對(duì)的等。當(dāng)然如果你找留美中介代辦也是可以的，至少中介公司對(duì)這方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是非常豐富的，可以很快幫您搞定問題。

二、如果是面試出現(xiàn)問題。

拿簽證為什么要求面試？主要原因就是簽證官想搞清楚你所提供的材料信息是否真實(shí)可靠；你這個(gè)是否是一個(gè)健康正常的人，這里的健康正常主要是指心理；你的英語水平如何，是否適合留美。這三方面的考察都是通過提問你答的方式進(jìn)行的。

比如簽證官可能會(huì)讓你自我介紹一番，你自我介紹了，但是你所提到的自己和申請材料中的完全不是一回事，那么你的簽證幾乎就沒了。

再比如簽證官可能會(huì)問你為什么去美國，然后你說自己想到美國發(fā)財(cái)，甚至是說自己想移民美國，這樣就遭了。留學(xué)就要說自己熱愛知識(shí)，想到美國學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)，這樣才行。

最后當(dāng)然是自己的英文水平了，簽證官提的問題至少要聽得懂，最基本的自我介紹、愛好、留學(xué)原因要會(huì)說。對(duì)簽證官的問題一問三不知，當(dāng)然是不會(huì)拿到簽證的。

面簽時(shí)一定要顯得輕松大方，即使有些問題回答不上，也不要慌張，直說就是了。如果自己比較忙，也可以找留學(xué)中介代辦材料這些，不過面簽還得自己去。

3) 對(duì)現(xiàn)有學(xué)位提問.

When/where did you get your BS/MS?

ANS:I got my Bachelor's degree in 1997 from Central University for Nationality. I will get my Master's degree in Mathematics in few days from Beijing Normal University.

4) 對(duì)現(xiàn)在的行為和地點(diǎn)提問.

What/where are you studying now?

ANS:I am now studying for my Master's degree in Mathematics in Beijing Normal University.

5) 對(duì)留美時(shí)間提問

How long will you study in USA?

ANS:About 5 years. My future advisor said that if I work hard I can get my ph.D within a shorter time.

Have you gotten any scholarship?

ANS:Yes. I have gotten teaching assistantship from the department.

What do you do with your work for BS/MS/Phd?

ANS:I will take courses, teaching, do research,and finish my thesis in the area of Algorithm and Mathematical Modeling to get my Ph.d in Mathematics in 5 years.

8) 簽證目的提問

What is your purpose for this visa?

ANS:I need a F-1 visa in order to study for my Ph.D degree in Mathematics in the University of Florida. I plan to finish my study in about 5 years and then come back to china.

9) 對(duì)背景提問

What is your academic background?

ANS:From 1993 to 1997 I studied in Central University for Nationality for my Bachelor's degree. Since September 1997 I have been studying in Beijing Normal University for my master's degree. I will graduate and get my Master's degree in few days.

ANS:University of Florida is a famous university in USA. I started to know about the University of Florida from my professor. ?

He encourages me to pursue Phd degree in University of Florida because it has the most excellent professors in my field.

ANS:Firstly, University of Florida is one of famous universities in USA.There are large of numbers of excellent mathematicians in University of Florida. Secondly, the Department of Mathematics at University of Florida offers broad program in Mathematical Sciences, particularly in Applied Mathematics. There is an excellent mathematics faculty. Among the faculty are one Fields Medallist and a winner of the Moscow Prize, two of the most prestigious awards in the field of Mathematics Science. Thirdly, student can get carul advising and individual attention.

What is your plan? What will you do after graduation?

ANS:I will specialize in Algorithm and Mathematical Modeling and finish my Ph.D study in Mathematics in the University of florida.Then I will come back to China and do research in the laboratory at Beijing Normal University. There are many theoretical subjects and practical projects supported by government and companies.

Give me three reasons that you will come back to China?

ANS:Firstly, China is a developing country and needs large numbers of talents. So after getting Phd degree from USA, it will be very easy for me to find a good job in China and it is easier to have a higher position and become a leading scientist in my academic field in China. Secondly, I love my mother and farther. I owe them much and since I am their only son, the very least I can do for them is to look after them when they are old. I also have many friends and relatives here that I would not be able to leave behind. Thirdly, Chinese government has offering the priority for the students from USA to establish their professional careers. For example, ZhongGuanCun in Beijing and PuDong in Shanghai.

Can you explain why 90% Chinese students didn't come back?

ANS:There maybe many reasons.As a matter of fact, that used to be the reality. But things has been changing greatly during the recent years and much more students are coming back are coming back after they have finished their study. And, Chinese government has offering the priority for the students from USA to establish their professional careers. For example, ZhongGuanCun in Beijing and PuDong in Shanghai.

Why do you like your major?

ANS: Firstly, I love mathematics. I won many different mathematical competition held in China. For example, in both National Junior Middle School Student Mathematical Olympic Competition 1990 and National Senior Middle School Student Mathematical ?

Olympic Competition 1992, I won First Class Prize. I won National Second Class Prize in National College Student Mathematical ?

Contest in Modeling 1996. Secondly, having experienced success and failure in my studies and research, I really feel that mathematics plays an important role in science and in practical life. A scientist who has not a good mathematical background cannot do research in depth. Given my future development, I decide to continue my mathematical study in depth.

ANS: I can learn the latest knowledge in my field in USA. There are the best universities, the most excellent professors and the best education condition in the USA.

Why do you want to pursue a doctor's degree?

ANS:Firstly, I realized that undertaking the research offers many challenges, and it is necessary to expand my knowledge in mathematical field. My long range objective is to become a leading scientist in my field. Given my future development, I think a Ph.D is necessary for me to realize my career objective. So I decide to continue my mathematical study in depth. Secondly, it ?will be very easy for me to find a good job in any of the university or institute in china with my Ph.D got in the United States.

Why do you receive financial aid from this Univ.?

ANS:Yes. on the basis of the evaluation of my resume, personal statement, undergraduate transcripts, and gre tol scores, the department give me teaching assistantship.

19) 對(duì)最困難的課提問

What is the difficult class do you have?

ANS:Probably Function Analysis. It is a course about advanced mathematics and requires high ability in abstract thinking and high technique in computation.

20) 對(duì)是否換專業(yè)提問

What's the difference between your major now and the major in USA?

ANS:They are not difference. Both of my undergraduate study and graduate study belong to mathematics. Just that my graduate study will be more detailed and advanced. And that I will specialize in Algorithm and Mathematical Modeling, which is a subarea of Mathematics.
