號稱新西蘭留學移民的大地震終于爆發(fā)了……

此次波及人數(shù)較多

這次官方發(fā)布的內(nèi)容與之前有哪些不同：

　　新政 - 第一條對比

　　重點：低等級課程并在奧克蘭學習的學生，可能會面臨一個比較不太有利的工簽政策！

　　· Limit the length of post-study work visas for courses below degree level to one year and remove post-study work rights for courses of less than two years in duration.

　　Graduates could apply for other visas at the end of their post-study work visa but would need to meet the skills and labour market tests.

　　本科以下學歷及兩年連讀課程的學生（例如5級6級連讀）可獲得一年open工簽，取消了兩年雇主擔保；低于兩年（例如diploma7級）取消open工簽。

　　畢業(yè)生需要在open工簽結(jié)束前申請其他簽證，但是需要經(jīng)歷技能和勞動市場的測試。

　　·Instead， students who gain lower qualifications like certificates or diplomas will be able to get a one-year post-study visa， with an additional year for graduate diploma graduates working towards registration in a trade or professional body.

　　Students who get these qualifications outside of Auckland can get a two-year post-study visa， as long as their studies are completed by the end of December 2023.

　　學生取得低學歷的，例如證書或者大專文憑的，僅有一個open工簽，取消兩年雇主擔保工簽。

　　以上學生，在奧克蘭之外就讀，可獲得兩年雇主擔保工簽（2023年12月底前完成）

　　GD學歷（部分）會有額外一年工簽。

　　新政 - 第二條對比

　　重點：1 高等級課程將會是未來政府引導方向，現(xiàn)任政府認為高學歷的課程有利于新西蘭。

　　2 兩年雇主擔保工簽的權(quán)利再次確認將會從雇主身上轉(zhuǎn)移。也就再一次印證了將會全面取消兩年雇主擔保工簽。迎來高自由度的三年開放工簽。

　　· Remove the requirement for post-study work visas to be sponsored by a particular employer

　　Provide a three-year post-study work visa for degree level 7 or above qualifications

　　去除畢業(yè)工簽雇主擔保限制，本科以上提供三年畢業(yè)工簽

　　·International students who gain higher qualifications such as a bachelor‘s degree or post-graduate degree will be able to get a three-year work visa – without any employer-assisted component.

　　本科學士以上學歷，畢業(yè)后有三年開放工簽。

　　新政 - 第三條

　　重點：研究生課程必須是讀長期短缺課程才可以擔保配偶！

　　· Require international students studying level 8 or 9 qualifications to be in an area specified in the Long Term Skills Shortage List in order for their partner to be eligible for an open work visa， and in turn the partner’s dependent children to be eligible for fee-free compulsory schooling.

　　八級九級學生，須讀長期短缺課程才可以擔保配偶

　　·Until now， international students who are studying for a post-graduate degree can get work or student visas for their partners or children – which means fees-free domestic schooling.

　　From November， this will only apply to students who are studying a qualification on the long-term skills shortage list.

　　新政將于11月份開始執(zhí)行，八級九級學生，須讀長期短缺課程才可以擔保配偶

　　基本上跟之前的政策沒有太大出入，唯一比較疑惑的的目前還沒有準確的消息放出
