美國藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)解析
　　一、專業(yè)介紹：
培養(yǎng)學(xué)生組織管理藝術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)，以及機(jī)構(gòu)運營與設(shè)施維護(hù)的能力。包括在業(yè)務(wù)與財務(wù)管理、市場營銷與籌資、人事管理與勞資關(guān)系、活動推廣與管理、公共關(guān)系與藝術(shù)宣傳、藝術(shù)法規(guī)等方面的指導(dǎo)，以及具體的藝術(shù)活動應(yīng)用指導(dǎo)如：畫廊、博物館、工作室、基金會、社區(qū)組織。例如：視覺藝術(shù)管理。
二、院校設(shè)置：
藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)不同院校設(shè)置不盡相同。大概分為三大類：一是正統(tǒng)的藝術(shù)管理即不分方向;二是戲劇管理或舞臺管理，需要學(xué)生具有戲劇的背景;三是音樂管理，即針對音樂行業(yè)，學(xué)生具有音樂背景比較適合。藝術(shù)管理學(xué)制一般是2年，但是舞臺管理和戲劇管理大多是三年的。
1．設(shè)在教育學(xué)院或藝術(shù)學(xué)院的藝術(shù)教育系，更加側(cè)重藝術(shù)管理的社會教育性。哥倫比亞大學(xué)教育學(xué)院(Teachers College, Columbia University)藝術(shù)與人文系的藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)、紐約大學(xué)(New York University) 教育學(xué)院藝術(shù)與藝術(shù)職業(yè)系的視覺藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)、佛羅里達(dá)州立大學(xué)(Florida State University)藝術(shù)教育系的藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)/方向。
2．設(shè)在藝術(shù)學(xué)院，更加強(qiáng)調(diào)藝術(shù)方面的專業(yè)性。哥大的藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)1971年創(chuàng)建于藝術(shù)學(xué)院，1990年轉(zhuǎn)入教育學(xué)院。現(xiàn)在的如耶魯大學(xué)戲劇學(xué)院(Yale University)、紐約的布萊特學(xué)院(Pratt Institute)、紐約時裝學(xué)院(Fashion Institute of Technology)、芝加哥藝術(shù)學(xué)院(The School of the Art Institute of Chicago) 、芝加哥哥倫比亞學(xué)院(Columbia College, Chicago)、費城德雷賽爾大學(xué)(Drexel University)、俄勒岡大學(xué)(University of Oregon)。
3．設(shè)在商學(xué)院，更側(cè)重藝術(shù)管理的商業(yè)經(jīng)營方面或公共管理學(xué)院，更強(qiáng)調(diào)藝術(shù)管理的政策層面和公共服務(wù)性。如卡耐基梅隆大學(xué)(Carnegie Mellon University) 、印第安納大學(xué)(Indiana University)。
4．設(shè)在文理學(xué)院的藝術(shù)史或藝術(shù)系等。如華盛頓的美利堅大學(xué)(American University)、費城的天普大學(xué)(Temple University)。

藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)是一門理論和應(yīng)用性結(jié)合很強(qiáng)的交叉學(xué)科，藝術(shù)學(xué)是基礎(chǔ)，管理學(xué)是依托，藝術(shù)鑒賞學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、市場營銷學(xué)、心理學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、會計學(xué)等諸學(xué)科滲透其中。
藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)的課程包括：藝術(shù)類專業(yè)、管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)類。
藝術(shù)是藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)的公共基礎(chǔ)課程。藝術(shù)的領(lǐng)域很廣，包括音樂表演類、繪畫藝術(shù)類、舞蹈藝術(shù)類、傳媒藝術(shù)類等。
管理類是藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)的專業(yè)課程，也是所有管理專業(yè)的學(xué)生所必修的通識類課程。包括管理學(xué)、營銷學(xué)、人力資源管理學(xué)、營銷策劃學(xué)、項目管理學(xué)等課程。
經(jīng)濟(jì)類是藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程。
這三類教學(xué)內(nèi)容是一個整體的循環(huán)體系，該體系在保持動態(tài)平衡的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)學(xué)生的不同發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行散射性的延續(xù)。

　　1. 申請背景
藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)總體來說沒有特殊的前提課程要求，但學(xué)生最好是具有藝術(shù)素養(yǎng)。適合藝術(shù)專業(yè)未來想走管理道路，或商科專業(yè)但對藝術(shù)有一定了解，或其他人文社科專業(yè)但對藝術(shù)有著濃厚興趣的學(xué)生。舞臺和戲劇管理會要求學(xué)生具有戲劇背景，而音樂管理會要求修音樂類課程，所以這兩個專業(yè)的學(xué)校要注意;藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)是藝術(shù)和管理的結(jié)合，要求學(xué)生具有良好的溝通交流能力，團(tuán)隊管理能力。
當(dāng)然，學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)前需要學(xué)習(xí)中西方的古代和近現(xiàn)代歷史。閱讀中國和西方的古典名著。有良好的地址和外語成績。多異域文明充滿興趣。其核心課程主要有藝術(shù)史、音樂理論、戲劇、藝術(shù)管理、市場分析、會計、管理學(xué)概述等。對于所有成功的藝術(shù)家來說，美術(shù)館、大劇院、知名的藝術(shù)組織及有能力的經(jīng)理人是不可或缺的。該專業(yè)的工作使藝術(shù)活動能夠涉及可想到的一切領(lǐng)域，例如，組織管理博物館、劇院及非盈利機(jī)構(gòu)、代理或自主經(jīng)營美術(shù)館、協(xié)助創(chuàng)辦藝術(shù)組織、管理運營預(yù)算及代寫轉(zhuǎn)讓書、帶頭處理好公共關(guān)系、代表藝術(shù)組織與國家聯(lián)邦政府機(jī)構(gòu)的協(xié)商辯護(hù)團(tuán)體等諸如此類活動。除了基本的藝術(shù)領(lǐng)悟力，創(chuàng)造想象力思考，商界極為看重的敏銳組織分析能力對于該專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的職業(yè)生涯也至關(guān)重要。

　　藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)偏愛有藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗的申請者，有質(zhì)量有份量的實習(xí)也可以。

　　藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)的可從事的職業(yè)包括藝術(shù)管理者，以及一些藝術(shù)文化組織的經(jīng)人。藝術(shù)管理者(arts administrators)在小型機(jī)構(gòu)里的職責(zé)主要有市場調(diào)查，活動的預(yù)定安排以及處理一些相關(guān)的財政問題。在大型的藝術(shù)文化機(jī)構(gòu)里的工作職責(zé)和范圍就更廣一些，除了以上的職責(zé)外，還負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)開發(fā)藝術(shù)家或演員的創(chuàng)造力，更資深的藝術(shù)管理者并需要給管理層提出戰(zhàn)略上的計劃方針。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展需要大量的人才，可在電視臺各欄目、電視劇制作中心、各影視節(jié)目制作公司等部門從事管理、策劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、項目運作、觀眾研究等方面工作。大致有以下幾類：
　　1、演出制作管理和藝術(shù)院團(tuán)管理——戲劇管理、制作人、劇目管理、演出管理
　　2、視覺藝術(shù)管理——藝術(shù)經(jīng)紀(jì)人、藝術(shù)策劃人和文化管理者，可從事藝術(shù)品投資咨詢、拍賣行或畫廊的經(jīng)營、美術(shù)館和文化部門的管理、文化活動和藝術(shù)展覽的策劃等。
　　3、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)管理專業(yè)(制片管理和文化經(jīng)紀(jì))——制片管理方向面向文化產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域、影視制作公司、電視臺等媒體機(jī)構(gòu)，從事影視藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作基礎(chǔ)、經(jīng)營管理能力的影視劇及電視欄目制片人。文化經(jīng)紀(jì)方向面向文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、各類媒體及政府部門，具有文化藝術(shù)素質(zhì)和高品位的文化藝術(shù)鑒賞能力，掌握文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)營特點和運作規(guī)律，善于分析國內(nèi)外文化藝術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢，具備現(xiàn)代管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)和法律的基礎(chǔ)知識，從事文化藝術(shù)管理、項目開發(fā)與運作、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營及國際文化傳播等工作。
　　4、藝術(shù)市場管理——可從事藝術(shù)經(jīng)紀(jì)人、藝術(shù)展覽策劃、藝術(shù)品鑒定、藝術(shù)管理、藝術(shù)拍賣等職業(yè)。

　　美國至少有四十多所大學(xué)設(shè)有藝術(shù)管理專業(yè)，從本科到碩士到博士專業(yè)/方向都有。學(xué)習(xí)藝術(shù)管理，最好能去紐約、芝加哥、華盛頓、費城這樣的大都市，文化藝術(shù)場所多，人才多，活動多，對開闊眼界、增長經(jīng)驗很有好處。?
