　　2014年亞太經(jīng)合組織(APEC)會議領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會議周將于11月在北京啟動。會議期間，與會者將吃到五洲風(fēng)味，具有中國特色的驢打滾、叫花雞等列入菜單。下面我們看一下這篇雙語新聞。

　　An extensive list of Chinese food has been included in the menu for the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meetings. Among the items, simple and convenient traditional snacks will dominate。

　　為即將到來的亞太經(jīng)合組織會議準(zhǔn)備的菜單中包括大量的中國特色食品，其中，占主導(dǎo)地位的是簡單便捷的傳統(tǒng)小吃。

　　本次會議餐飲既融合了不同國家的風(fēng)味，同時著重體現(xiàn)中國特色和北京文化，既有新加坡香辣米粉(Singapore&aposs laksa)、菲律賓燴雞(the Philippines&aposs adobe chicke)、俄式燴牛肉(Russia&aposs be goulash)等五洲風(fēng)味特色食物，也有方便快捷的傳統(tǒng)小吃(traditional snacks)如叫花雞(jiaohuaji/begger’s chicken)、擔(dān)擔(dān)面(dandan noodles)、小籠包(xiaolongbao /steamed meat bun)、年糕(rice cake)、燒賣(shaomai/steamed pork dumpling)、煎餅(jianbing/pancake)、糯米雞(chicken stuffed with glutinous rice)，還有春餅(spring rolls)、宮廷小窩頭(Royal wotou /steamed corn bun)、蕓豆卷(yundoujuan /kidney bean roll)、驢打滾(lvdagun/glutinous rice rolls with sweet bean paste)等北京小吃和頗具特色的北京烤鴨(Peking roast duck)，讓參會者能夠嘗到不同風(fēng)味的美食。
