  Carolyn Everson is Facebook&aposs (FB) VP of global marketing solutions. When asked what&aposs the best advice she got from Lean In--the No. 1 best seller by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, she listed 10 of them as follow:

  1. Every time you walk into a room, think of yourself as a thermostat.
