　　Coming the day after Asia’s most important economy posted its lowest growth rate in24 years, the premier’s statement indicated the government would not repeat the stimulus measures of 2008-09 and seek growth through market rorms.此前一天，亞洲最重要的經(jīng)濟體公布了24年來最低的經(jīng)濟增長率。李克強的演講表明，中國政府將不會重復2008-09年的刺激舉措，而是將尋求通過市場改革實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長。

　　Instead, the premier repeated the regime’s mantra that the economy had entered a “new normal” and that instead of high-speed growth, it would in future be “medium to high speed”.

　　Mr Li was clear that he opposed another monetary stimulus to ensure robust growth rates and, instead, expansion would rely on structural rorms. “We will upgrade the structure of the economy to achieve better quality and performance,” he said.相反，李克強重復了中國政府的口頭禪，即中國經(jīng)濟進入了“新常態(tài)”，未來經(jīng)濟將由高速增長轉(zhuǎn)為“中高速增長”。
