【新詞新意】徇私枉法 bending the law for selfish ends.

　　重慶市人民政府原副市長、公安局原局長王立軍涉嫌徇私枉法、叛逃、濫用職權、受賄犯罪一案，由四川省成都市人民檢察院依法向成都市中級人民法院提起公訴。

　　Wang Lijun, Chongqing&aposs former vice-mayor and police chi, has been charged with bending the law for selfish ends, dection, abuse of power and bribe-taking by the Chengdu City People&aposs Procuratorate.

　　重慶市原副市長、公安局原局長王立軍涉嫌徇私枉法、叛逃、濫用職權、受賄犯罪一案，已由成都市人民檢察院提起公訴。

　　公訴的四項罪名分別為徇私枉法(bending the law for selfish ends)、叛逃(dection)、濫用職權(abuse of power/power abuse)，以及受賄(bribe-taking)。

　　檢察機關指出，王立軍在履行職務期間，without the approval of authorities (未經(jīng)批準)或forging approval documents(偽造批準文件)，非法使用technical reconnaissance measures(技術偵察措施)。
