　　不管到什么時候，不管你有多成功，我們都不可能孤軍奮戰(zhàn)。是的，我們需要朋友、同事、伙伴等等各種角色的人來跟我們協(xié)作，有時也可能只是提提建議。這些所有的人在一起，再加上他們自己的人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)就構(gòu)成了我們的“人脈”。不過，在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代，朋友的定義擴(kuò)大了，這“人脈”的定義自然也就更擴(kuò)大了?，F(xiàn)在，有事需要幫忙的話，friendsourcing一下就可以了。

　　Friendsourcing rers to gathering information, recommendations, and other feedback from a trusted group of online peers.

　　人脈資源指在信任的網(wǎng)友中收集信息、推薦資源以及接收反饋等行為。

　　For example:

　　I wish I could share my googling with my Twitter list, they&aposd know what I&aposm trying to accomplish, and they could jump in. That&aposs friendsourcing. And when I need help, I am looking more and more to a blend of humans and machines.

　　我希望把我在google上搜索過的條目都跟我的Twitter好友共享，這樣他們就會知道我在做什么事，也可能會出手相助。這就是人脈資源。我需要幫助的時候，我越來越傾向于找通過電腦彼此連接的人們幫忙。
